The standard deposit is 5 weeks’ rent unless the annual rent exceeds £50,000, in which case the deposit will be 6 weeks’ rent.
Rent is to be paid monthly, in advance, starting on the first day of the tenancy, and will be due on the same day each subsequent month. Rent must be paid by standing order.
If you are a student or have bad credit, the landlord reserves the right to ask for 6 months rent in advance.
